Galleon Cafe

Great cafe right near the beach. Super friendly staff. The food was very reasonably priced. The scrambled eggs was awesome. The pancakes were the older style which is not the light fluffy type we're used to. Had to wait about 10min for a table at the morning peak. Overall great experience.

Great food with a great vibe. Really brings you back to the 90s with its decorations. We got the hotcakes and the big breakfast for 2 people. The hotcakes were absolutely delicious. They were fluffy, hot and not overly sweet. Note that the place does not offer Wifi, so you will not be able to work in there. But if you’re looking for a place to have brunch, there’s no better place than Cafe Galleon.

I’m in love with this place. So simple and authentic. Lovely service, good coffee, delicious breakfasts, not expensive. I have added some photos from different visits. I often go there because it is so delicious and unique.

Had a very tasty breakfast here during my visit to Melbourne. Really cool little spot with quirky mismatched furniture and very friendly servers. Prices are reasonable. Good range on the menu will cater to most - I got the smoked salmon and avocado bagel and it was exceptional - they don't skimp on the fillings! Coffee also very good. Would definitely recommend giving a visit.

Great little spot for brunch, extensive porridge menu as well as your stock standard items. Went for the egg and bacon sandwich, had a really nice tomato relish and the Turkish style bread is deliciously crunchy and fluffy. My partner opted for the vegan tofu scramble, the tofu is not actually scrambled but she said it tasted good none the less. Staff were friendly and attentive. Quirky interior and quite a good spot for furry friends so all that combined made for a great dining experience.
