Roasting Warehouse was an absolute delight! From the coffee to the food to the service, everything was thoroughly enjoyable. The coffee was perfectly brewed, the food was delicious and well-prepared, and the staff were friendly and attentive. What stood out the most was the atmosphere—it had such a vibrant yet cozy vibe that made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and take your time, whether you’re catching up with friends or just enjoying some time alone. Highly recommend visiting, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Roasting Warehouse in North Melbourne is an excellent spot for a cozy brunch or a casual coffee. The space is inviting with both indoor and outdoor seating options to suit your mood. Be aware though ~ weekend brunch tends to get pretty busy, so it can feel a bit crowded, but that just adds to the lively atmosphere. One of the things that stood out to me was the amazing staff. They’re not only super friendly but also attentive, making it a point to check on every table to ensure that everything is going smoothly. Their hospitality really elevates the whole experience. Despite the busy environment, the food arrives quickly, which is a huge plus. I ordered the Eggs Benny, and while the portion looked like your typical serving, it was surprisingly filling. You have the option to swap out the ham for bacon, which was a great touch, and for just $4, you can add sides like avocado to complete your meal.

Eggs Benedict on Hash brown - very tasty and special - can highly recommend. The coffee was good but I got the wrong size served. The barista put a nice swan design on my coffee so he must have a lot of practice. The Warehouse has a good atmosphere and is air conditioned.

Roasting Warehouse is a specialty coffee establishment that began as the area's first coffee roaster offering a café dining experience. Their diverse menu and signature drinks are a must-try. The steak, 200g of wagyu rump, and eggs were cooked to perfection. The potato pavé was an excellent complement. The breakfast sandwich was light and delicious, with a generous serving of fries. The Italian meatball sub was smothered in an 8-hour tomato sugo and Parmigiano Reggiano – absolutely divine. For drinks, I low-key wanted to try them all! I ended up going for the Tiramisu Mont Blanc – essentially tiramisu in drink form – yum! The matcha with strawberry and blueberry was also delicious. The place gets super busy, and I can see why. Plenty of people were dining in or purchasing their range of coffee beans. Once I get a coffee machine, I’ll definitely be buying beans from here – the coffee is incredibly fragrant and delicious. Roasting warehouse kindly invited me out to try out their menu.

Roasting warehouse is a super cosy and spacious spot for brunch with both delicious food and specialty coffee options! My favourite part from my order was a zesty Mont Blanc coffee that came with ladyfinger biscuits to dip in 🍊 absolutely yum! I also recommend the Turkish eggs with the soft toasty bread. Overall enjoyed everything and will be back for more ❤️
