Came here for a quick work lunch break in the city! Very cozy with a lot of seating, best cafe to come and bring your laptop 💻 out to! The interior is very welcoming and has a nice relaxing aesthetic of a Korean cafe 🍵. If you never had a Korean style sandwiches before, feel free to try it out here. Definitely recommended: ⭐️ Matcha with cream 🙌

Catching up with an old friend after 1.5 years, she chose this café, and it exceeded every expectation. The staff set the tone immediately - welcoming, attentive, and unflappable, even as we lingered for two hours. Their gracious attitude elevated the experience and matched the thoughtfully curated menu perfectly. The menu strikes an ideal balance between creativity and accessibility, with options catering to various tastes, including vegetarians. The strawberry iced matcha and iced peanut butter latte were lovely. For me the strawberry iced matcha was revelatory: a fantastic interplay of sweetness and the earthy depth of matcha, perfectly refreshing on a hot humid Melbourne day. For food, I opted for the pulled mushroom brioche sandwich, while my friend chose the hashbrown k-sandwich. The pulled mushroom brioche was a great choice, succulent, flavorful, and texturally sublime. She had only good things to say about her sandwich too. This café succeeds as a relaxed and welcoming space, with delicious food and innovative drinks, were we felt valued. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

I love the simple aesthetics of Palette, makes for such a nice relaxing place to dine. We ordered the KFC burger, hash brown k sandwich, and a long black. To be honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve had an enjoyable long black, perfect temperature, not scolding hot, and the flavours of the beans comes through so well. No harsh bitterness from the coffee. The food was really enjoyable also - the chicken in the kfc burger was super juicy and the sauces gave the burger a nice hint of spice. The egg in the sandwich was also perfectly cooked and fluffy. My only comment is that I personally find the sandwich a little bit too sweet for my liking, so it does get a bit too heavy after a while.
