Excellent coffee! In fact one of the best I’ve had in Melbourne - very good quality, strong and flavoursome. There was one staff member in particular, sadly I don’t know his name, who was very friendly and accommodating to all the customers. The service is a little slow, but it was busy. Didn’t eat here but the food looked very good.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy, which is to be expected during the weekend. We had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Singapore chili crab omelette and the Peking duck leg, both of which were delicious. The crab omelette had the right balance of spice and savory flavors, and the duck leg was tender and flavorful. The food definitely lived up to expectations. However, it was a particularly sunny and hot day, and there were a few flies in the restaurant, which made the dining experience slightly less pleasant. Despite that, the overall meal was still good, and we left satisfied. I’d recommend coming earlier to avoid the weekend rush if you’re looking for a more relaxed experience.

The Operator25 has a cozy ambiance with soft lighting and some special painting and decors on the wall. The coffee was nice with mild flavour, the soft shell crap with omelette was really good, just as others’ recommendations. The service was also very fast, all the staff were friendly and nice, just sometimes it’s too busy and you need wait for a bit while to find a staff to place the order.

I recently ordered the Yuzu Smashed Avocado ($26) and overall, I was pretty happy with it. The dish had a unique, fresh flavour. No complaints. The hot chocolate was decent but didn’t stand out. It was fine, just nothing special. The smoothies are pre packaged not made fresh at cafe. The place itself had a pretty cool vibe. It was a little different as they had shared tables. We booked online due to the reviews of having to wait, was happy with this choice.
