Double Dutch Bakery

Stayed in Kensington for a week, only disappointing thing about this coffee place, was that I wish we found it in the beginning of our stay! Love your vibes, clean and open bakery. Coffee was the bomb!! Thank you for making our mornings just that little bit brighter despite the weather ☺️

I had a pepito. Epically sized one at $6! Delicious. Friend had the goats cheese scrambled egg croissant and it was delicious too. So much to come back and try. Loved it.

📍@doubledutchbakery, Kensington This was our second time at Double Dutch Bakery, a community bakery cafe created in partnership with @rumblecoffee in Kensington ☕️ They bake incredible pastries and bread on-site, and we both loved everything we have tried so far - this time, we got the Chicken Pesto Sandwich, Potato Caramelised Onion Danish, and Lamb Kofta Roll 😍 Their coffee is amazing too, it is roasted not too far away from the bakery and served in the most beautiful dog mugs I have ever seen 🐶

Arguably the best cafe in the neighborhood, hands down! From top tier pastries, bread and sandwiches (they’re a legitimate bakery), to top notch coffees (they’re partnered with Rumble Coffee Roasters nearby), they have everything you could possibly need! Added bonus as a boxing enthusiast, I love how all their coffee blends are named after boxing terms. I feel real lucky to have them as my local.

Bakery offers excellent coffee, but the bread is on the pricier side, likely due to limited competition in the area. It's a nice experience, but more of a one-time visit for me.
