Dec 7th, 2024 The staff is very friendly with smile. The coffee tastes great as well 👍🏻 The canelé is not crispy on the outside, but rather has a soft/tender texture with a distinctive honey flavor. You can tell there are lots of regular local customers, it’s a nice place to start your day!

Only one person working there when I went but he was so friendly and welcoming. I would gladly go back any time just because he made me feel happy. Coffee was perfect and cannelé was good. There is not much seating inside but I do love sitting at a window and watching the world go by.

Stepped into this highly regarded café, to be met by the friendliest welcome, a calm and relaxed environment, and an absolutely nailed Industry Beans coffee, perfectly executed. Comfortable seating, bar or table, and great vibes. I can see why Spectrum Coffee is much loved, and I'll be keen to seek out this haven again and again when in the area.

My favourite coffee spot in Collingwood because of the excellent quality of coffee, the welcoming atmosphere and the fact that’s it’s open early every day, even Sundays! Volkan, the owner, is always happy to make recommendations on food and drinks if you’re unsure of what you fancy! He also puts on events to bring the community together and you can find stacks of leaflets and business cards on the counter to promote other local businesses - a lovely little community hub. Spectrum recently celebrated their first year of business, and have been an excellent addition to Collingwood. Highly, highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
