University Cafe

We visited a quaint Italian restaurant for lunch. The menu featured delicious, traditional Italian dishes. The food was superb, with options like soup, pizza, gnocchi, and chicken Parmesan that were all incredibly tasty. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was comfortable. We will definitely return to enjoy the excellent service and authentic Italian cuisine.

An institution in Lygon Street and it didn’t disappoint. Wonderful Italian fare that ticked all the boxes. Pasta, parmigiana, calamari and my favorite crispy chicken limone were all given 10/10 by a table of foodies. Bravo 👏🏻

I had the special clam and mussel (slightly) spicy tomato sauce pasta. The flavor was good, but the clams were a bit overcooked (tough texture) and I ran into a couple of sandy spots as well. Service is friendly, but the kitchen was quite slow in getting the food out. Nice spot for dining outside, and there's both shade and sunny seating.

Very very tasty food and good service! We spent an evening here and had a good time. The welcome was friendly. We were led directly to the place. Both the appetizer the main course and the dessert tasted perfect! Who is looking for a successful evening with authentic Italian food will find it here. Highly recommended!
