Food: I had the Beef Brisket Eggs Benny. It fell below my expectations, as the flavors and texture didn’t come together as well as I hoped. This dish didn’t quite hit the mark for me. Drink: I ordered The Project Hot Chocolate. If you’re a true chocolate lover, this drink is rich and indulgent, but I found it a bit too sweet for my taste. You might want to ask for less sweetness if you’re not into super sweet drinks. Service: Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was attentive and friendly, despite how busy it was. I highly recommend booking in advance, as the place fills up quickly, especially on weekends. Atmosphere: We were there on a Sunday, and the place was packed and quite loud. It had a lively, energetic vibe, perfect if you’re in the mood for a buzzing environment. However, if you prefer a quieter, more relaxed setting, this might not be the best time to visit. Parking: You can park across the road at Woolies, or there’s parking available on the back street of the building. Just drive around to the back. I encourage you to try the place for yourself—there’s a wide variety on the menu, so you’ll likely find something that suits your taste.

Head here for a quick brunch before our flight. Service was great even though it was very busy we had our coffee and food taken straight away. The coffee is very strong though! We were a bit shocked. Very delicious food! It came quickly as well. They even stored our luggage. Thank you very much team! Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful cafe and delicious food with great service. Had the Crab & Truffle Hash which was beautifully plated and tasty. Highly recommended for a lovely brunch any day!

I ordered the apple crumble French Toast. Aesthetics wise, it looked great. However, the sourdough bread was lacking the usual French toast taste. The rhubarb sauce and custard went well with the toast. Overall a very nice place to dine in and with excellent service. A great find in Brunswick area.

I found Project 281 while walking around Brunswick and have been here a few times since then to experience it. The food was amazing, especially the Chicken & Waffle. The space is spacious with lots of trees. Highly recommend for a brunch experience!!
