Excellent value for money. Huge choice of meal options. Nice lane seating (quite limited) so you may not find a seat easily. Good coffee and friendly staff. My go to place on Sydney Road.

Dropped in at around 3pm on a weekday and it was really crowded, mostly people getting drinks or snacks to go. The front area is narrow and there can be a buildup of human traffic. But there is ample seating including a back courtyard. Prices are super reasonable and they don’t mind letting you linger over a book for a couple hours (which is what I did). Friendly service and they do a fantastic vegan banana bread. Would definitely come back.

Amazing little place.. super busy and a bit hectic at lunch time. Food was superb and reasonably priced.... Coffee was good but quite over priced for the tiny little glass.. ( glass was around 180ml... smaller than the average small ) Unfortunately we had to prompt them for the second half of our order ( just a heated sausage roll and ham and cheese croissant ). And our 5th order was completely messed up. Take out : Great food, good service but keep an eye on your orders... PRICE: Definatly value for money. Oh, the Vanilla slice is to die for - like what Nan used to make, and the size she would serve.

This is the best lunch l’ve had in Melbourne. I like the style of restaurant as well Reasonable price and plenty of portion.💖 I will try the pie next time. I’m full now 🤣

Visited for lunch. Shop overflowing with customers, something that is a good indicator of quality food and service. Our meal was very reasonably priced. The dine-in area was clean and we did not wait long to be served.
