Wow the chilli oil cheese swirl pastry I had today was amazing! The flavour was delicious and it was light with the perfect amount of flakiness. The coffee was great too ♥️

Love this place. Dani and Michael and the whole team are amazing and the coffee is amongst the best in Melbourne. Pastries are fantastic too. Michael is extremely knowledgeable about coffee and will happily answer any questions or make recommendations, while Dani is a master of the baked good. Highly recommend

If you're into speciality coffee then Core Roasters must be on your list. Nice vibe, cool place, great coffee, friendly staff. Ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended ! Ask about their coffee equipment. Very interesting. Team is very knowledgeable and seriously into coffee!

I could bang on about the literally perfect coffee or to-die-for pastries for days, but what stands out most for me is the kindness and warmth that I'm greeted with every time I see Dani, Michael and the team. They clearly pour their heart and soul into the beautiful space and community they've created. Their care for the people (and pups!) who walk under the unassuming roller door emanates out of them - visiting is like seeing an old friend. And my goodness the pastries are exceptional!
